I'm going to take it that your use to driving an automatic. There is only 3 pedals from left to right Clutch, Brake, and Fuel ( We call it that because most truck's run on diesel not gasoline) I have been driving for years and have never seen more than 3 pedals. Now if you mean stick's that's totally different. Example the old 3 stick Autocar's ( these are a type of truck ) You really could end up with 4 if truck has a PTO but the main 3 are for gear selection. I hope this helps O yea now that I think about it in some case's they have the Hi/Low beam switch down there on the left and I have seen another button down there that works tilt / telescopic steering
